Ingredients:
  • 1 1/4 cup all purpose flour

  • 1/2 cup finely chopped slivered almonds

  • 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar

  • 1/4 tsp. salt

  • 1 cup (2 sticks) chilled margarine cut in pieces

  • 1 cup coconut

  • 1/2 cup orange marmalade

  • 2 cups sugar

  • 1/4 cup all purpose flour

  • 4 eggs, 1/2 cup (minus 1 tbsp) sundrop,1 tbsp lemon juice

Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degree. Line 9x13 baking pan with parchment paper extending at short ends to edge of pan. Combine flour, almonds, sugar, salt in bowl-cut in butter with pastry blender until mixture is crumbly. Place in baking pan and pat to even layer.Bake at 350 for 20 minutes remove from oven.Filling-Sprinkle about 1/2 cup of coconut over crust. Whisk together sugar, flour,eggs,Sundrop,lemon juice until blended. Pour in pan-sprinkle with remaining coconut.Bake 350 degree for 30 minutes or until set. Cool on rack. Refrigerate to chill. Loosen sides of bars-lift out of pan with parchment paper-cut in squares-dust with powdered sugar.
