Sun-Tropic Cake Print Recipe Ingredients: 1 (18.25 oz) Lemon Cake Mix 2/3 cup Sundrop (may use Cherry Sundrop if desired) 1/3 cup vegetable oil 3 large eggs 1 11 oz can mandarin oranges (drained) 1 15 oz can crushed pineapple (undrained) 1 3.4 oz package vanilla instant pudding mix 1 12 oz frozen whipped topping (thawed) Order Sun-drop Now! Directions: Beat first four ingredients in a large bowl at medium speed with electric mixer until well blended. Stir in oranges. Pour batter into greased and floured 9 x 13pan. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted into center comes out clean. Let cool completely. Stir together crushed pineapple and pudding mix. Add whipped topping and stir. Spread mixture on cake. Chill 3 to 4 hours. Garnish with pecans if desired. Store cake in refrigerator.
