Broccoli Sundrop Soup Print Recipe Ingredients: 1 16 oz package broccoli 2 large or 4 small potatoes 2 cups shredded mild cheddar cheese 1 1/2 cup milk 1 1/2 cups sundrop 1/2 tsp. hot sauce 1/4 cup cheese with salsa 1/4 cup parmesan cheese 1 tsp. salt & pepper 4 tbsp. water , 2 tbsp. flour Order Sun-drop Now! Directions: Cook Broccoli & drain. Peel potatoes and boil until tender. Mash potatoes with fork leaving small chunks. Combine potatoes,broccoli, milk,cheese,sundrop,hot sauce,cheeses,salt&pepper. Heat to boiling then turn down to simmer. Simmer for 30 minutes. Combine flour and water add to soup and simmer until thick. Additional Note: cook in 2 qt pot.
