Recipe Yields: 8 servings
Ingredients:
- 2-3 lbs. beef stew
- 1 8 0z can of cream of mushroom soup
- 1 12 0z can Sundrop
- 3 med sliced onions
- 1 chopped bell pepper
- 4 med peeled potatoes
- 1 shredded carrot
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Directions: Boil beef stew x one hour in water. Mix all other ingredients together and allow to sit for 45 mins while beef stew boils. Next mix beef stew and other ingredients in large pot and allow simmering over medium heat until potatoes are tender. Enjoy!! Enjoy!! Enjoy!!
