Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Sun-Drop
- 1 Teaspoon Ground Ginger
- 1 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1 Orange
- 1 Whole Clove
Directions: Using serrated knife, slice a strip of peel about 10 inches long from the orange, being careful to cut only deep enough to get the orange portion, not the white part. Cut the strip into sections so you have about 20 pieces of peel roughly inch square. Stud the ham at 2-inch intervals with whole cloves, first putting each clove through a piece of peel. Mix the Sun-Drop, ginger and brown sugar well, and pour over ham. Bake as usual, basting periodically with the glaze and juices in the pan, adding more Sun-drop if necessary.
