Ingredients:
- 1 16 oz. package broccoli
- 2 large or 4 small potatoes
- 2 cups shredded mild cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups SunDrop
- 1/2 tsp. hot sauce
- 1/4 cup cheese with salsa
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp. salt & pepper
- 4 tbsp. water , 2 tbsp. flour
Directions: Cook Broccoli & drain. Peel potatoes and boil until tender. Mash potatoes with fork leaving small chunks. Combine potatoes, broccoli, milk, cheese, SunDrop, hot sauce, cheeses, salt &pepper. Heat to boiling then turn down to simmer. Simmer for 30 minutes. Combine flour and water add to soup and simmer until thick. Additional Note: cook in 2 qt pot.
